Senator Kerttula moved that SENATE BILL NO. 191 "An Act                        
relating to municipal property tax limitations; and providing for an           
effective date" be taken from the Judiciary Committee and referred             
to the next committee of referral.                                             
                                                                               
President Halford stated the motion was not in order at this time but          
could be taken up under Unfinished Business.
